Áedh Rua is the author of Celtic Flame: an insider’s guide to Irish Pagan Tradition, one of the best and most informative Celtic Pagan books in print, is a co-author of the Celtic Reconstructionist Tradition Description on Witchvox, is one of the (lesser) founders of the Celtic Reconstructionist movement, having been involved since 1985, and has published articles and poetry in Keltria, Circle Network News, and Dalriada, among other journals, though not under his own name. 

He speaks two Celtic languages - Irish and Ancient Gaulish - and lives in the woods of central Florida.
